We do not accept returns or cancellations at this time. However, certain situations will allow for refunds or exchanges. Decor Greetings can issue a refund in cases where any issues occur on our part. If we run into any production problems, non-availability or any other issues identified on Decor Greetings end, a refund will be granted. We will notify you via email before your order goes into production. Refunds will go on the original form of payment used for your order. Or, we will offer an exchange in which you may choose to select another color, style of similar product of equal value. If no exchange, we can issue a refund or credit that can be applied to another item of higher value, customer pays the difference. Changes will be made within 24-48 hours from contact email regarding above issues on Decor Greetings part.
