What is the processing time to create an item?

Items are hand-crafted and made to order, so once an item is ordered, it goes into production to be created. Processing times usually take 5-7 days to create but it truly depends on the details and size of the item, some cases 2-3 days. In many cases around holiday times, production may take up to 2 weeks. 

Each item goes through a quality control process throughout production and again before packaging/shipping. Every effort is put forth to send orders out as quickly as possible.

Please note: Processing times does NOT include shipping. Shipping can vary depending on carrier and service used, and "ship-to" destination. In some cases, bad weather conditions and/or holidays may occur causing a delay in arrival time.

I am buying as a gift, so will the recipient see the price of purchase?

Orders marked as "gift" will include a packing slip of the item(s) purchased, but prices are NOT listed. 

My item was lost or damaged, what do I do?

Oh no! Please be sure to list the correct mailing address so orders will arrive at the proper destination. Each order will have a tracking number that will be sent to you via email. Contact USPS for items lost or damaged to report or file a claim. 

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages and free from fault due to customer or postal system error. 

Do you accept refunds/returns/exchanges or cancellations?

We do NOT accept returns or cancellations at this time. However, certain situations will allow for refunds or exchanges.

Decor Greetings may issue refunds in cases of any issues on our part. If we run into any production problems, non-availability or any other issues identified on Decor Greetings end, or if you received the wrong order, a refund will be granted. We'll notify you via email before your order goes into production. Refunds will go on the original form of payment used for your order.

We will offer an exchange (before your order goes out) in which you may choose to select another color, style, if available, of similar product of equal value. If no exchange, a credit on our Decor Greetings website is another option, if you prefer. Exchanges will be presented once you are contacted via email due to any above issues on Decor Greetings part.
